Insight Global is in search of a dedicated and proficient ICP-MS Analytical Specialist to contribute to a dynamic science and engineering research center.

The ideal candidate will engage in advanced chemical evaluations, formulate and authenticate analytical methodologies, and guarantee the precision and dependability of analytical outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:
Conduct qualitative and quantitative assessments of samples utilizing ICP-MS technology. Formulate, enhance, and authenticate analytical techniques for trace element evaluation. Analyze and present analytical data with exceptional accuracy. Maintain and troubleshoot ICP-MS equipment to ensure peak performance. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance research and development initiatives. Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Document and uphold precise records of all analytical processes and findings. Offer technical guidance and training to junior personnel and peers.

Essential Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry. 2-5 years of relevant experience as an Analytical Chemist (no specific industry required). Proficient in operating and maintaining ICP-MS technology (Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry). Strong collaborative skills and adaptability to change. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of building strong relationships. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with data analysis software and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
