Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality patient care to adults with psychiatric needs
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Utilize evidence-based practices to promote patient recovery and well-being

Requirements:

* Graduation from an accredited nursing program
* Current Washington State Registered Nurse License
* National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
* 1 year of acute care experience with the patient population similar to department of hire or completion of the specialty residency located at the facility
