Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Madewell. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a seamless shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and collaborating with team members to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by exceeding selling and service expectations
  • Complete training and use product knowledge tools to provide expert advice to customers
  • Assist with store tasks and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Share feedback and insights with management to improve customer experience and sales performance
  • Act in a manner that aligns with our brand values

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be available to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Be able to lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds
  • Be able to regularly move around the store and be accessible to customers
