Job Overview

The Evergreen Market is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Budtender & Cashier to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, executing daily retail operations, and developing positive relationships with customers, teammates, and managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and attention to all customers.
  • Model reliability and flexibility by being able to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business.
  • Embody diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Operate the cash register regularly for transactions.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • High level of accuracy regarding cash handling and tendering transactions.
  • Relentless curiosity about the cannabis customer and their world.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30lbs and stand for extended periods of time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of cannabis products and industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
