Key Responsibilities
  • Lead recruiting efforts and manage the interviewing process for seasonal employees, ensuring a strong team is in place to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Monitor associate performance, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures.
  • Review and approve work schedules, timecard approvals, and monitor time tracking to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure all store locations meet company standards, including office setup, technology, and facilities maintenance, while maintaining positive relationships with property managers and landlords.
  • Provide employees with guidance on handling complex problems or resolving escalated complaints, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Monitor financial performance, including GL & P&L, and hold/void/reject reports to drive revenue growth and meet office goals.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, with a course of study in management or tax preparation and/or accounting preferred.
  • Two years of previous management or supervisory experience, with proficiency in computer software applications, including email, internet browser, Word, Excel, and accounting or tax preparation software.
  • Previous tax preparation experience and a PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) are highly desirable.
