Job Summary

We're seeking a Human Resources Expert to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you'll support teams and leaders to build a sales force that exceeds guest expectations and creates a great place to work.

Responsibilities
  1. Observe and understand guest needs, using body language and verbal cues to tailor your approach.
  2. Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to solve issues and improve the guest experience.
  3. Thank guests in a genuine way and let them know we're happy they chose Target.
  4. Work with your HR leader to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs, executing intentional recruiting efforts to find the right skills and experiences.
  5. Support training needs, advocate for continuous learning, and deliver on HR operational and cyclical programs.
  6. Comply with safety policies and best practices.
