Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and Enhance Human Resources
    • Plan, implement, and evaluate employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
    • Engage with corporate and our HR Legal firm Littler for updates and knowledge.
  • Recruit and Retain Top Talent
    • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
    • Recruit and retain caregivers by developing a strategic recruiting plan and implementing it.
  • Prepare Employees for Assignments
    • Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Maintain Pay and Benefits Programs
    • Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
    • Ensure employee benefits programs are maintained and informed employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
  • Ensure Legal Compliance
    • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
  • Maintain Management Guidelines
    • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Maintain Historical Human Resource Records
    • Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
  • Stay Current with Industry Knowledge
    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to Team Effort
    • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in human resources management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
