About the Role

Legends Hospitality is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Pantry Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the setup and management of our suites pantry during events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the pantry is clean, well-stocked, and organized at all times.
  • Manage inventory of equipment, supplies, and beverages.
  • Supervise suites runners during event setup and breakdown.
  • Coordinate the movement of food, beverages, and equipment during events.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks and maintain health standards.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by Suites Management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to make quick decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain professionalism.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and guest relations.
  • Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently.
  • Physical ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
