Pantry Coordinator

At Legends, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pantry Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Suites team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Pantry during events.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the upkeep of the Pantry, including cleanliness, inventory management, and restocking of products.
- Supervise suites runners during set-up and break-down of events, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Coordinate the movement of food, beverages, and equipment during all events, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Perform general cleaning tasks using standard products, adhering to health standards and ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests.
- Collaborate with Suites Management to complete other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to make quick and accurate decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, and to perform assigned production tasks for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work all event days and extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
