About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager for a role that involves shaping and enhancing the developer experience for our engineering and IT staff. This position requires strong technical skills, the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment, and a proven track record building and managing successful engineering teams.

This role is responsible for leading multiple projects focused on the full lifecycle of our developer experience, delivering frequent value through effective planning and management, building and motivating a high-performing engineering team, and collaborating with different business units and product teams to develop and complete the team's vision, strategy, and roadmap.

  • The estimated base pay range for this role is $163,000—$244,400 USD.
  • In addition, this role is eligible for Sony's top-tier benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, matching 401(k), paid time off, wellness program, and coveted employee discounts for Sony products.
  • This role also may be eligible for a bonus package.
