Job Overview

POSITION: LITIGATION ASSOCIATE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Litigation Management: Oversee a varied portfolio of commercial litigation cases from initiation to conclusion. Collaborate with senior attorneys to formulate effective litigation approaches. Represent clients in various legal proceedings, including conferences, hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
  • Legal Document Preparation: Draft and review a range of legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and corporate governance materials.
  • Research and Due Diligence: Perform thorough due diligence assessments to uncover potential legal challenges and risks. Remain updated on pertinent legal trends and conduct research to bolster client cases.

Required Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
  • Active bar membership in good standing in NJ, NY, or PA.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in employment and labor litigation (both Federal and State).
  • Experience in a large law firm environment.
