Job Title: Litigation Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
  • Collaborate with senior partners to develop litigation strategies.
  • Communicate with and represent clients in conferences, hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
  • Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to clients on a wide range of corporate matters.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents.
  • Conduct due diligence reviews and assessments to identify potential legal issues and risks.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in good standing in NJ, NY, or PA.
  • Courtroom experience (1st chair).
  • Litigation experience (both Federal and state) in a reputable law firm.
