About the Role: We are on the lookout for a talented individual to seize numerous Golf Cart sales prospects and guide customers to our showroom.

Character Requirements: To qualify, you should possess a strong character and have experience in the Golf Cart, Automotive, RV, Boat, or Powersports sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Utilize social media platforms to engage with the broader community and drive traffic to our store.
  • Interact with customers daily to assess their needs and budget.
  • Conduct follow-ups on leads and opportunities through various communication channels, including phone, email, and mail, while utilizing the Company-owned CRM to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a natural salesperson with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant industries.
  • Exhibit a pleasant demeanor and possess strong analytical and leadership abilities.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, integrity, and a friendly disposition.
  • Be self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a positive, can-do attitude while remaining calm under pressure.
  • Have strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Suite and internet applications.

Performance Metrics: Your success will be evaluated based on your experience, ability to close deals, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Consistent follow-up and follow-through are essential components of this role, and a genuine enthusiasm for customer service, conflict resolution, and sales growth is crucial.

Communication Skills: Candidates must manage multiple projects efficiently and communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
