Position Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable Service and Parts Consultant to manage customer inquiries regarding parts and service at our facility. This role involves assisting customers who visit for parts, service, and sales, preparing estimates, and organizing service repair orders. The ideal candidate will be a vital part of our team, engaging with customers and suppliers daily to address their parts and service requirements.

Our ideal candidate is eager to learn and follows established processes to meet or exceed performance goals.

Compensation: $21 - $24 hourly, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit teamwork, honesty, and professionalism while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities effectively.
  • Handle customer calls regarding parts and service inquiries.
  • Assist with parts replacement in vehicles as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the automotive, RV, or powersports sectors is advantageous.
  • Previous roles in dispatching or related fields are beneficial.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic mechanical skills, such as battery replacement and tire pressure checks, are a plus.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills are essential.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and problem-solving is crucial.
  • Comfortable in an automotive setting and technically inclined.
  • A proactive attitude towards challenges is expected.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check is required.
