Key Responsibilities- Monitor fuel inventory levels at company-operated and dealer-operated sites
- Define employee schedules and coordinate adequate coverage based on business demand
- Coordinate equipment availability and maximize utilization
- Schedule fuel delivery and maintain required inventory levels
- Establish efficient business practices using provided technology
- Create orders for 3rd-party carriers
- Deliver consistent results with the dispatch team
- Ensure accuracy for downstream efficiency
- Communicate with suppliers and customers
- Proactively recognize and solve problems
- 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of relevant work experience
- Analytical skills with demonstrated proficiency in continuous improvement tools and methodologies
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with industry-specific software (PDI, TelePoint, Intellifuel, KeepTruckin, DTN)
- Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint
