Job Title: Senior.NET Developer Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior.NET Developer Lead to join our team at IDR, Inc. as a.NET Tech Lead. This is a long-term contract position with a large Healthcare company, offering excellent benefits and a dedicated Engagement Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with architecture, development, and ops teams to implement industry and enterprise best practices for application development, integration, and optimization.
  • Provide technical guidance to the development team and work closely with architects, requirements, quality assurance, product teams, and different project teams.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify application planning, integration, testing, and production support needs.
  • Estimate new projects, user stories, and sprint planning with the Scrum Master.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in.Net technologies, including.Net Core.
  • Proficiency in C#,.Net Web API, Entity Framework, and strong working knowledge of different databases like Postgres, Oracle, and Snowflake.
  • Experience with Angular UI framework, TypeScript, NGRX, HTML5, CSS, and ability to guide the team in UI development.
  • Experience with source controls like GitHub, Bitbucket, and strong knowledge of design patterns and software architecture.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Unit Testing, Linting, and Code Coverage.
