The Client Relations Specialist will act as a vital link for information flow between operations, sales, and clients.

The ideal candidate will primarily manage support tickets, requests, lead escalations, quotes, and item statuses, while also demonstrating the ability to make independent decisions to proactively engage with clients and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee order processing workflows in the D&W system and input units into the calibration lab software to ensure customer commitments are fulfilled.
  • Contact clients to provide estimates and obtain purchase order numbers, documenting discussions in the D&W system.
  • Inform clients about the status and completion dates of repairs and calibrations; coordinate pick-up calls.
  • Address client inquiries regarding billing, delivery, shipping dates, etc.
  • Convey general technical information to clients.
  • Generate purchase orders for necessary parts and external services.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and current departmental files and records.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry.
  • Prepare customer documentation for shipments.
  • Organize and coordinate daily driver pick-up and delivery schedules.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed.
  • Safeguard company assets, information, and interests.
  • Actively support the company's mission, goals, programs, and policies.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Proficient in multitasking.
Education and/or Experience:

Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience, preferably in a technical setting.
