What You Have

1+ years of experience in Client/Customer Service.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management or a closely related field.

While licensing is preferred, it is not a requirement for this role; CFA Institute will support employees in this position in obtaining and/or maintaining the necessary licenses.

Ability to address client needs with professionalism and discretion.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working independently and collaboratively as part of a team, while managing multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
Ability to cultivate and sustain positive cross-enterprise relationships.
Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and the rules governing client accounts.

May be required to become a Notary.
