Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in managing incoming inquiries via calls, emails, and chat for Mitsubishi Chemical Graphite Shafts and Aldila Golf Accounts. This position involves addressing product-related queries, processing daily orders, and maintaining essential documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a steady volume of calls while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction in every interaction.
- Articulate the features and advantages of our golf products effectively.
- Process return authorizations for credit and warranty concerns.
- Provide updates on sales order statuses to customers.
- Troubleshoot account and shipping issues, including FedEx tracing.
- Assist Aftermarket Sales Manager, OEM Sales Manager, and Tour Representatives with service requests.
- Handle daily order entry and fulfillment, while aiding in Aftermarket inventory management.
- Organize customer order confirmations, invoices, and no-charge documents promptly.
- Take on special projects and training as assigned, completing them with accuracy and timeliness.
- Utilize basic order entry and computer skills to process sales and tour order requests efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, A/X).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and friendliness.
- Strong customer service abilities and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of MCA Golf products/components, club fitting/building, and the golf industry.
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and self-driven.
- Ability to work in an organized manner while managing multiple tasks.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in golf and customer service, or a combination of education and experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this role is $20 - $30, influenced by the position's scope, candidate experience, education, job-related skills, and market considerations.
