Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in a customer service capacity. This role is pivotal in supporting the COBRA PUMA GOLF brand and requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls while efficiently utilizing systems for information retrieval and order processing.
- Leverage your expertise in Cobra and PUMA products to effectively communicate with golf professionals, sales associates, and consumers.
- Exhibit strong verbal communication skills to identify core issues and provide effective solutions.
- Drive business growth through upselling and cross-selling additional products to both wholesale and retail customers.
- Ensure timely order entry and respond to consumer inquiries through established communication channels.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while exercising sound judgment in all interactions.
- Provide recommendations and cross-sell products based on availability and customer needs.
- Maintain a composed and enthusiastic demeanor during phone interactions, ensuring clear articulation.
- Execute daily order entry for Puma Golf and Cobra custom golf clubs, ensuring a turnaround time of less than 24 hours.
- Engage in extensive follow-up communication regarding order updates, invoice inquiries, and product launch details.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably within the golf industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Familiarity with golf clubs and products is essential.
- Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred.
- Excellent typing and computer skills are required.
- A courteous and professional phone manner is essential.
- A passion for the game of golf and the brands we represent is a must.
- Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a dynamic work environment.
- Flexibility in work schedule is necessary to accommodate business needs.
