We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our team at Owens & Minor. As a critical part of our operations, you will be responsible for managing E-commerce division functions, including reporting, budgeting, and accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities- Reconcile order process in E-commerce software to ensure transactions correspond and reconcile in accounting system, POs, and invoices.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure invoices are received and paid accurately and on time.
- Reconcile order detail and freight reports between E-commerce software and accounting software to avoid missing information or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Website Merchandising team and Procurement Department to resolve existing discrepancies in costs.
- Assist Director of eCommerce Operations with reporting for inventory management, planning, and demanding, and receiving process in Apria's in-house distribution warehouses.
- Recommend process changes to increase fulfillment rates.
- Associate degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5-7 years of accounting experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
