Position Overview:
We are currently offering a sign-on bonus of $500 (with $250 paid after 30 days and $250 after 90 days), in addition to a quarterly incentive plan and monthly attendance bonuses. The starting pay is $16.00/hour.
This is a full-time role requiring weekend availability on both Saturdays and Sundays. Typical shifts are from 3 PM to 11 PM, with some mid-shifts available for candidates who can accommodate them.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a strong focus on guest service to join our Front Desk team. The ideal candidate will utilize their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests. As a Front Desk Agent, you will check in and register guests, serving as a knowledgeable resource regarding the hotel, its amenities, and the surrounding area. Your Responsibilities:
- Assist guests in discovering their ideal experiences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and showing genuine interest.
- Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is recorded.
- Resolve issues and exceed guest expectations through effective recovery strategies.
- Promote and sell special hotel programs.
- Interact professionally with hotel staff, providing necessary information to assist other departments.
- Maintain knowledge of all emergency procedures and policies.
- Manage house bank effectively.
- Communicate all relevant information to the manager on duty.
- Follow established procedures for posting charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
- Assist other departments as required.
Qualifications:
Exceptional guest service skills are essential.
Compensation:
The compensation for this position is $16.00/hour, based on qualifications and experience.
