As a key member of our Burger King team, this role is responsible for:

- Collaborating with the general manager and restaurant team to create action plans to improve customer metrics.
- Reviewing sales and scheduling to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness (QSC) requirements are met.
- Ensuring daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP records are accurate.
- Reviewing inventory efficiency to create product orders.
- Evaluating and implementing cost controls.
- Monitoring labor graphs and production planning, making necessary adjustments.
- Creating and managing the process for new team member onboarding.
- Implementing action plans to address employee needs and operational evaluations.
What You'll Need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- The ability to resolve problems according to Burger King standards.
- The ability to motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make difficult decisions.
- Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
