  • Ensuring daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP records are accurate.
  • Reviewing inventory efficiency to create product orders.
  • Evaluating and implementing cost controls.
  • Monitoring labor graphs and production planning, making necessary adjustments.
  • Creating and managing the process for new team member onboarding.
  • Implementing action plans to address employee needs and operational evaluations.

What You'll Need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • The ability to resolve problems according to Burger King standards.
  • The ability to motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make difficult decisions.
  • Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
