- Cost Control: Actively seek ways to control costs without compromising patient safety, quality of care, or services delivered.
- Error Reporting: Follow established guidelines for reporting significant medical errors or unanticipated outcomes.
- Education and Training: Attend in-service presentations and complete mandatory education requirements.
- Performance Improvement: Use the Performance Improvement Plan to enhance patient safety.
- Attendance and Reliability: Maintain regular, punctual, and dependable attendance.
- Experience: 2-3 years of supervisor/manager-level experience.
- Education: Associate's degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Certifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or BCLS Instructor certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Professional Qualifications: Registered Nurse or Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
