  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Evaluate and document patient response, monitor changes in physiological and psychosocial status, and take appropriate action.
  • Cost Control: Actively seek ways to control costs without compromising patient safety, quality of care, or services delivered.
  • Error Reporting: Follow established guidelines for reporting significant medical errors or unanticipated outcomes.
  • Education and Training: Attend in-service presentations and complete mandatory education requirements.
  • Performance Improvement: Use the Performance Improvement Plan to enhance patient safety.
  • Attendance and Reliability: Maintain regular, punctual, and dependable attendance.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-3 years of supervisor/manager-level experience.
  • Education: Associate's degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Certifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or BCLS Instructor certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Professional Qualifications: Registered Nurse or Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
