We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Volkswagen Internet Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and the ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages.
Responsibilities:
- Generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management.
- Handle incoming online and email leads.
- Respond to email inquiries in a professional and well-spoken manner.
- Assist customers in vehicle selection based on their needs.
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online.
- Check email frequently and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Internet/BDC experience required
- One-year automotive sales experience required
