Sales Representative: Grow with a Leading Customer Acquisition Team

The Role
We're seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional sales performance by identifying customer needs and providing tailored product and service recommendations.
Responsibilities
* Conduct sales conversations via phone calls and text messages in English and Spanish
* Provide inbound and outbound outreach to warm prospects (no cold calling)
* Meet daily and monthly customer contact goals
* Consistently close warm sales after identifying customer needs and providing the appropriate product and service recommendations
* Collaborate with other representatives and teams across the company to improve processes, products, and organization while driving sales and conversion
Requirements
* Bilingual - fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages
* Coachable - enthusiastic about feedback and eager to learn and grow
* Committed and results-driven, with a strong desire to develop influencing skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Previous experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service is a plus
Benefits
* Paid training with a guaranteed annualized salary of $45,000 during the first 6 weeks
* After training, earn a combination of base salary + commission
* Targeted annual earnings of $45,000 - $70,000

* 17 Flexible Time Off days to start; increased to 20 days upon one-year anniversary
