Position Overview


The Client Relations Director at Aveanna Healthcare is responsible for successfully marketing our enteral nutrition and respiratory services to doctors' offices, hospitals, and various communities and organizations to achieve the company's financial and market share goals. Key responsibilities include identifying and educating potential customers and referral sources about our services and establishing trusted relationships with referral sources and in-house staff. The role also involves continually prospecting for new accounts, maintaining current accounts, and complying with all sales-related policies and procedures.

This position is for the Austin/Temple/Waco area.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve business objectives.
  2. Promote professional relationships with physicians, health facilities, and other customers to improve the agency's position in the community.
  3. Coordinate and complete on-site discharge planning and education.
  4. Design a regular schedule of visits to all referral sources in a geographically defined market area.
  5. Develop and implement all marketing/sales activities for company services.
  6. Participate in in-service programs and the company's QAPI program.
  7. Maintain consistent attendance and submit all credentials in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  1. Healthcare, enteral nutrition, or respiratory sales experience is preferred.
  2. Licensed Clinical experience is a plus.
  3. Established community relationships, connections, and referrals.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  5. Strong ability to present and communicate effectively.
  6. Ability to work well independently and in groups.
  7. Valid and current driver's license and evidence of automobile insurance.
  8. Ability to travel to multiple job sites and attend required meetings.
