Talent Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our Human Resources team. The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, policy development, performance management, and talent acquisition. You will also take a leadership role in driving HR projects and initiatives, acting as a key advisor to management on HR best practices and contributing to creating a high-performance work environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, oversee the onboarding process, and create an engaging new hire orientation program.
- Employee Relations & Performance Management: Act as a primary resource for employee relations issues, implement the performance review process, and manage employee engagement initiatives.
- HR Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and internal policies, lead audits of employee records, and develop HR policies and procedures.
- Compensation & Benefits Administration: Manage payroll, employee benefits programs, and compensation structures, conduct market research, and oversee benefits enrollment and administration.
You will also identify learning and development needs across the organization, design and implement employee development programs, coordinate leadership development initiatives, and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
