About the PositionThe successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources department and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Onboarding: Enhance the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcomed and aligned with our brand and culture from day one.
- Talent Management: Collaborate with HR to identify training needs and design programs that align with our brand values.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining proper documentation and filing reports as required.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Previous HR experience or internship is preferred but not mandatory.
