Your Role:

- You will be tasked with executing general repairs and maintenance tasks throughout the property, leveraging your skills in areas such as painting, carpentry, and general upkeep.

- Conduct maintenance and repairs in accordance with your qualifications and training, ensuring high standards are met.

- Engage in various repair activities including carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical work, refrigeration, and HVAC systems.

- Regularly inspect and maintain equipment and facilities, including machinery, drains, light fixtures, and air filters.

What We Value in You:

- Completion of vocational training, military service, or certification in maintenance-related fields such as electrical, HVAC, or carpentry.

- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with property management systems.

- A minimum of two years of relevant experience, ideally within a hospitality or service-oriented environment.

- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays, to meet the operational needs of the property.

The hourly compensation for this position is competitive and will be determined based on your experience and qualifications. Full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, 401k plans, educational assistance, and paid time off.
