We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director to lead our Pricing Analytics and Insights team at ServiceNow. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of advanced research and data engineering capabilities to support our pricing strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive Pricing Analytics and Insights roadmap to drive business growth and revenue optimization.
- Build and maintain a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers to support the development of advanced research and data engineering capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product leaders, business operations, and FP&A, to ensure alignment and effective communication of pricing insights and recommendations.
- Design and implement data infrastructure and tools to empower stakeholders with key insights and relevant data.
- Develop and maintain advanced research using state-of-the-art and statistically robust research techniques and tools to further our understanding of pricing outcomes.
- Support day-to-day analytical needs of the pricing team, prioritize and resource key asks from the team.
- Mentor and develop a team of highly talented individuals on the art of advanced quantitative research and data engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in Data Science or related field building data infrastructure, driving advanced research and supporting the analytical needs of business stakeholders.
- PhD in an advanced statistical field preferred (e.g., econometrics, life-science).
- Expertise in SQL and other advanced data engineering tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated excellence in advanced statistical research and techniques.
- Strong managerial and mentorship skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading a Data Science sub-function, developing a vision and roadmap that balances internal team's needs, stakeholders' priorities, and developing net new capabilities for the team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Experience and interest in pricing.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay of $207,100 - $372,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements).
