Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team at Quid. As a Data Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting advanced data analysis using Natural Language Processing methodologies to provide actionable insights for our Enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform data analysis on Insights Delivery projects to provide valuable insights to customers
* Deliver analysis to customers, answer questions, and facilitate dialogue to ensure insights delivered are valuable to customers
* Work with highly technical customer teams to ensure the process and data transmission is understood and drives business value
* Leverage Quid's latest capabilities and methodologies to add critical insights to senior client executives
* Build and maintain a trusted relationship with key clients, communicate effectively, and work towards solutions

Requirements:

* 2-3 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, data analytics, strategic consulting or similarly analytical roles
* Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Data Analysis, MIS, Data Science, or a related technical field
* A minimum of 1 year of experience writing SQL queries (PostgreSQL preferred) and working with JSON, with the ability to query and troubleshoot raw data directly from the database in environments where dashboards are not in use
* Familiarity with working with APIs, particularly common structures like REST and SOAP, to integrate and retrieve data from various platforms and streamline data workflows
