As a Motor Vehicle Clerk, you will be responsible for processing titles and registrations, verifying data, and completing state forms. If you have experience with Reynolds & Reynolds and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the automotive industry, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Verify data and complete state forms for titles and registrations
* Process new car and pre-owned registrations on dealer's software system
* Process pre-owned vehicle title transfers
* Prepare and distribute title envelopes
* Maintain follow-up on all incoming titles
* Reconcile schedules for tax, title, and license payable and lien payoffs
* Identify internal control issues and communicate them to the Assistant Controller
* Maintain error logs
* Process payoffs on trade-ins and floor plan, pull contracts, and forward to financial institutions
* Verify Finance and Insurance (F&I) data to documents
* Reconcile inventory schedules on a weekly and monthly basis
* Reconcile and complete sales consultant payroll semi-monthly
* Verify Finance and Insurance (F&I) logs to accounting data before month-end
* Process rebates

**Requirements:**

* High School Diploma or General Education Diploma
* Six months related experience and/or training
* Notary Bond required
