Diesel Instructor

As a Diesel Instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and skills of our students. You will be responsible for creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment, providing hands-on training, and guiding students on their individual projects. Your expertise in diesel engines, diagnostics, and repair will be the guiding light that leads them to a promising career in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students
• Provide hands-on training and guidance to students on diesel engine repair and maintenance
• Collaborate with the education team to enhance existing courses and develop new ones
• Mentor students on their individual projects and encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Instill the importance of safety procedures and best practices in the workplace

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of practical work experience in the diesel engine industry
• Certifications in diesel engine repair and maintenance (ASEs are highly valued)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient and empathetic approach to teaching
