Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience. You will be the face of our hotel and will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services and amenities
  • Process guest payments and handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a prompt and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest service
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and move throughout the hotel
