Job Summary

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling registration and check-out, and ensuring a seamless experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review arrivals and special requests, blocking rooms as needed.
  • Check in and out hotel guests in a confident and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and knowledgeably, providing complete and accurate information.
  • Complete daily checklists and follow established key control policies.
  • Conduct pre-assignment of hotel rooms, including VIPs and repeat guests.
  • Ensure proper credit policies are followed and submit lost and found articles.
  • Open, secure, and balance daily shift bank, verifying cash, check, and credit card transactions.
  • Monitor room availability and review daily selling status using yield management systems.
  • Attend department meetings and communicate with other departments as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a Front Desk or customer-facing role preferred.
  • Knowledge of the local area, services, attractions, and events.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
