Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and quality of software systems, drive project delivery throughout the lifecycle, and track metrics.
  • Requirements Elicitation: Work with business and technical teams to develop improvement requirements, translate requirements into technical specifications for system modifications, and create diagrams to explain modifications to technical and executive staff.
  • Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodologies, proficient in Scaled Agile and Kanban methodologies, and experience in organizing and maintaining sprint and product backlogs.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze and document business and system processes, and translate requirements from client and product strategy into application requirements and user stories.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT business analysis for software/application projects, and 3 years of experience in analyzing and documenting business and system processes.
  • Skills: Agile Business Analyst, Scrum and Agile, organizing and maintaining sprint and product backlogs, translating requirements, and business analysis.
  • Preferred Skills: State of VA IT Business Analyst Experience.
