Job Title: Customer Service Agent

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a courteous and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions and provide solutions
  • Document and process customer interactions in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute
