Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. You will be the face of our company, and your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Document customer interactions and update customer records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
