Job Overview

The Bankruptcy Solutions Consultant plays a crucial role in articulating the advantages of our legal services to enhance sales performance. Compensation:

$20 - $25 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients to discuss their needs
  • Document all client interactions meticulously
  • Guide clients through the available bankruptcy options
  • Stay updated on changes in bankruptcy legislation
  • Understand the firm's services, pricing, and offerings thoroughly
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Follow up diligently with leads
  • Deliver outstanding client service
  • Perform additional related tasks as required
Required Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the Texas legal framework
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong determination and goal-oriented mindset
  • Dedication to exceptional client service
  • Understanding of the Bankruptcy Code
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment
  • Proficient in Google Suite or similar software
  • Capability to manage challenges with composure
  • Preferred: Minimum of two years of relevant experience
