Your Impact

The Strategic Client Partner plays a pivotal role in driving client success by fostering relationships, developing strategic advertising plans, and ensuring campaign execution. This role demands deep industry knowledge, strategic planning, and proactive engagement to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business goals, needs, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and execute advertising campaigns aligned with their objectives, target audience, and market trends.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients, keeping their campaigns competitive and effective.
  • Client prospecting and outreach to drive New Business opportunities.
  • Identify and propose upsell opportunities throughout the campaign lifecycle to maximize revenue.
  • Develop and implement client retention and growth strategies through comprehensive YOY analysis and proactive engagement.
  • Tailor custom offerings and RFPs/RFIs to meet specific buyer needs.
  • Drive renewals and incremental revenue by highlighting key campaign achievements and optimizing offerings.
  • Act as the quarterback, coordinating between Sales, DSP Commercial, Partnerships, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Develop materials and presentations for C-Level decision-makers to deepen and expand partnerships.

  • Agency Experience (Plus): Previous experience in an agency setting and valuable connections are highly advantageous.
