As a Client Partner, you will play a crucial role in helping the company's clients make smarter, faster decisions using our AI decision automation platform, Aera Decision CloudTM.

With a global team of over 400 Aeranauts, we are growing rapidly and seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be to target and close new large enterprise clients using a consultative, value-based selling approach. You will also be responsible for promoting value-creating ideas within existing clients, expanding Aera's relationships and usage of our unique DI platform.

As a trusted partner and advisor, you will own the C- and VP-level client relationships, articulating our market positioning, why our technology is differentiated, and how our platform can impact the client's business. You will also serve as a subject matter expert in the client's industry and business, developing and owning the long-term strategic roadmap, a pragmatic path to executing the vision, and the benefits case for the transformation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Becoming an important part of our hyper-growth team
  • Targeting and closing new large enterprise clients using a consultative, value-based selling approach
  • Promoting value-creating ideas within existing clients, expanding Aera's relationships and usage of our unique DI platform
  • Owning the C- and VP-level client relationships; acting as a trusted partner and advisor
  • Articulating our market positioning, why our technology is differentiated, and how our platform can impact the client's business through engaging their business and technology stakeholders
  • Serving as a subject matter expert in the client's industry and business from strategic intent to functional areas
  • Developing and owning the long-term strategic roadmap, a pragmatic path to executing the vision, and the benefits case for the transformation
  • Acting with integrity and urgency in responding to client requests
  • Collaborating with cross-functional team members to deliver exceptional service to your clients and secure upsells
  • Meeting or exceeding new ACV and customer revenue targets


About You:

  • Must be based in New York or New Jersey or Tri-State area
  • A player - 10 + years of direct sales experience with a recognized data and analytics enterprise software firm, with an emphasis on Operations, Supply Chain Management and/or Digital Transformations
  • Experience promoting vision and value / outcome based selling
  • Familiarity and experience with Big Data, RPA/Process Mining, and AI/ML preferred
  • Highly motivated with a strong track record of success, including consistently meeting or exceeding goals
  • Ability to quickly understand and diagnose the key challenges facing clients and prospects
  • Demonstrated ability to build enduring strategic relationships with senior executives
  • Ability to express a bold point of view, both to engage and challenge your stakeholders
  • Skilled at crisply articulating the value potential of new and transformational solutions
  • Passionate about the power of technology to fundamentally transform the way corporations function
  • Willingness to travel on a frequent and regular basis


Nice to Have:

  • Strong understanding of CPG, Chemicals and/or manufacturing industries
  • Network of contacts in the field
  • Background in Data Analytics / Planning / ML/AI a definite plus
  • Supply Chain or Finance experience a plus


Compensation:

$180,000 - $200,000 a year

+ 10% commission + on all NNARR

+ Meaningful equity
