Position Summary:

  • The Healthcare Registration Lead is an operational role that delivers in-person assistance to patients and visitors while overseeing front desk personnel across various sites.
  • Key responsibilities include enrolling and discharging patients, verifying that patient data and insurance details are precise and current, as well as organizing future clinic visits.
  • This position entails managing the daily functions and staffing of the Front Desk department, which consists of 11 team members, and ensuring effective communication, training, and performance standards are met.
  • Additionally, the Healthcare Registration Lead collaborates with the Office Administrator on recruitment, employee engagement discussions, and resolving performance-related matters.
  • This role will also engage with the Management team and partner offices to develop effective policies and procedures that ensure compliance with regulations, while also recommending enhancements to billing accuracy, identifying operational efficiencies, and facilitating co-pay processing and prepayment for scheduled procedures.
  • Moreover, this position acts as a liaison with the Allina business office to address patient inquiries and concerns.

Position Details:

Compensation: $66,560 - $72,800

Work Schedule: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, with variations based on location hours.

Travel Requirements: During training, travel to various sites will be necessary, excluding specific locations. Flexibility to work at all locations is expected, with mileage reimbursed at the current IRS rate.
