Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patient assessments to identify nutritional needs and develop personalized nutrition plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.
  • Provide ongoing nutritional support and education to patients and their families.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and guidelines in renal nutrition to ensure evidence-based practice.
Requirements:
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
  • Current state licensure (if required by the state).
  • Minimum of one (1) year professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a registered dietitian.
  • Previous experience in nutrition associated with an ESRD patient preferred.
