At Innovative Renal Care, we are seeking a highly skilled Dialysis Dietitian to join our team. As a Dialysis Dietitian, you will play a critical role in providing nutritional support to our patients with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
Responsibilities:- Conduct patient assessments to identify nutritional needs and develop personalized nutrition plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.
- Provide ongoing nutritional support and education to patients and their families.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and guidelines in renal nutrition to ensure evidence-based practice.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
- Current state licensure (if required by the state).
- Minimum of one (1) year professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a registered dietitian.
- Previous experience in nutrition associated with an ESRD patient preferred.
