Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to patients suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care to patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD)
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure their needs are met

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Registered Nurse License in the state of practice
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements
