  • Evaluate and enhance financial systems and processes to streamline workflows and financial reporting.
  • Establish and maintain manufacturing cost accounting processes that support accurate product costing.
  • Collaborate with Operations to analyze and optimize processes and identify cost reduction opportunities.
  • Develop and manage the Company's financial dashboards, KPIs, and other related business reporting requirements.
  • Prepare and submit financial and supplemental data for Corporate reporting and consolidation.
  • Ensure compliance with Corporate policies and procedures and tax regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required), CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting/financial experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Data management/warehousing experience and basic knowledge of SQL reporting.
Competencies:
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting concepts and principles, including IFRS/GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Ability to effectively manage a team, with an emphasis on developing talent and maximizing team performance.
  • Problem-solving skills with a critical thinking mindset.
  • Combine strategic financial oversight with hands-on involvement with day-to-day activities.
  • Proficiency in building BI tools enabling insightful analysis.
