About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Customer Success Manager to join our team at Verint Systems, Inc. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Success Planning: Develop and execute customized success plans to meet the unique needs of our customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our product offerings.
  • Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on Verint's product solutions and provide expert guidance to customers on how to maximize their value.
  • Customer Feedback and Insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and drive business decisions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, support, and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of driving customer success and revenue growth.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers at all levels.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Verint's product solutions and the ability to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Renewal and Upsell Experience: Prior experience in closing renewals and/or professional services opportunities.
  • Success Platform Experience: Experience with Totango or other success platforms.
