Key Responsibilities

As a Basketball Operations Insights Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing tools and advanced statistical models to communicate insights to members of the organization
  • Collaborating with other members of the analytics department to creatively bring quantitative-driven research to assist in scouting, front office, coaching, performance, etc.
  • Participating in team meetings and strategy sessions, providing data-driven insights to support player development and game planning
  • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of data processes and user-interfaces

The salary range for this position is $90,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience.
