Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the store management team with ensuring a distinctive shopping experience for all guests and executing store operations during scheduled shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Model outstanding customer service and selling skills

Requirements
  • Four years of High School with diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous experience in a shift supervisory role is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Valid drivers license is required
