Key Responsibilities:
- Lead kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities to ensure seamless execution of menus.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety regulations in compliance with industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for food preparation and presentation to drive consistency and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Train and mentor kitchen employees on best practices to foster growth and development.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve overall business goals, including revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
